Absolutely not! ROI's services are free for all of our candidates..

What will i need for the interview?

Please bring with you two valid forms of ID (driver's license, social security card, etc) to establish identity and employment authorization as well as any certifications you hold. In order for an ROI representative to understand your abilities we will need you to provide a detailed summary of your work experience and valid references on the application. We also ask that you have reliable transportation that will get you to and from your potential job placement.

What kind of jobs do you offer?

ROI hires tradespeople and professionals at all levels of experience in the design, construction, environmental, and emergency response industries. We offer you contract, temp to perm, and direct hire opportunities based on your availability and career goals.

Where is the work?

We currently have branches located in Needham, MA, North Haven, CT, and West Caldwell, NJ. You have the opportunity to work throughout the Northeast with any of our offices. We can match you with an opportunity that is best suited for where you live and travel.

How soon will I be placed?

ROI regularly has open and available opportunities for qualified workers. We are in constant communication with our clients to secure upcoming jobs for candidates and eager employees. Our goal is to place you as soon as possible in the best job available. It is critical for you to come prepared for your interview, the more organized you are the faster we can find you employment.

How do i get paid?

In order to be paid for the hours you work each week, you must submit a signed ROI timecard each week.

When do i get paid?

ROI employees are paid each week, on Friday. Your paycheck will reflect the hours worked the previous week. Employees have the option of receiving their check by mail or direct deposit.
