During the initial stages of the hiring processes a recruiter will contact you to discuss your past experiences, availability, and your aspirations within the industry you work. We want to ensure that ROI is a perfect fit for your employment needs so we can leverage the best opportunities available within our network.
PERSONAL INTRODUCTION
Our recruiters will set up a time for you to come in and meet with them to build a relationship. This is your opportunity to highlight everything you have to offer. We want to hear all about your path through the industry; what you like and dislike about your profession. The only thing we do ask for is total honesty as it is vital for placing you in the right job at the right company.
LOGISTICS
This is the part where we ask you to fill out paperwork. Now that we have established a relationship its time to find you a successful match, but first we will need basic information to get us started.
REFERENCE CHECK
After you meet with an ROI representative we will contact the references you provided. This conversation is designed to get a better understanding of your work style so we can accurately match you with a company. Our goal is to align your employment desires with a company of the right pace, size, and culture.
PLACEMENT
Upon placement with a company in our network we will set up a job start. Your ROI recruiter will meet you on the jobsite the first day, establish expectations between you and our client, and follow up with you at the end of the day. If you are not satisfied with the work we will continue to search for a better fit!
