Job Description

Join a Leading Team as a Maintenance Technician! Are you an experienced maintenance technician looking for the next step in your career?

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of our residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks, ensuring that all facilities and equipment remain in excellent condition and that tenant concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic Plumbing, Carpentry, and Painting
  • Perform all required duties in a professional manner
  • Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds
  • Ensure compliance with property safety standards, building codes, and health regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to work 40 hours a week
  • Be able to work overtime if necessary
  • Strong references that will support your work history
  • Reliable Transportation

Pay Range: $25+
