ROI is currently hiring for full time Construction and Remodeling Carpenters! The successful individual will be responsible for rough and finish carpentry, work in a team setting, follow all building and safety codes. Responsibilities:
- Framing & Layout
- Production dry wall and light taping, wall repair as needed.
- Doors, frames, and window removal and installation
- Trim and Molding
- Tactical demolition of drywall, framing, cabinets, and trim
- Hold an OSHA 10 certification
- Can pass background checks and drug testing
- Can provide a valid Social Security number
- Cell phones are not allowed on-site due to security regulations
- All employees must present proper identification (U.S. Passport or Driver’s License + stamped Birth Certificate) to access the site
- Carpenters: Must have experience with drywall, metal stud installation, and soffit installation
- Skilled Laborers: May assist with application of metal wallpaper (Emanations Barriers)
