We are currently seeking an Environmental Project Manager for our New York City office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare key project deliverables including remediation work plans, regulatory reports, conceptual side models, investigation reports
- Provide environmental due diligence support
- Identify keys resources and coordine for successful completion of projects
- Interact directly with regulatory agencies
- Evaluate financial objectives by preparing budget, estimates, and analyzing project costs
- Delegate and coordinate project tasks
- Client, subcontractor, team management and training of team members
Qualifications:
- Must possess a BS degree in applicable field (geology, environmental engineering, environmental science, or a closely related discipline)
- PG or PE license is preferred
- 40-hour HAZWOPER training, SST
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- 7+ years of professional experience in the environmental consulting industry focusing on site investigation and remediation
- Individual needs to possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as strong analytical abilities for the proper interpretation of findings and results
- The position requires extensive experience with Brownfield Redevelopment and possess strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- The position demands compliance with complex regulations and schedules
- Must have strong mentoring skills
Salary: $80,000-110,000 DOE
