Location: Middlesex, New Jersey

Job Description

As an Environmental Field Technician, you will assist with hazardous waste removal, emergency response activities, and ensure compliance with DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations. Responsibilities include performing physical labor, operating equipment, and maintaining vehicles, while prioritizing safety by following established health and safety protocols. These roles may require an OSHA 40-Hazwoper certification, the ability to lift heavy items, and a strong commitment to safety in all field-related activities.


Position Responsibilities:
  • Take water samples to test quality and follow procedure
  • Spill Clean up 
  • Moving material, categorize, manifest and label materials 
  • Customer facing opportunities, service and selling services
  • Follow EH&S Rules and Regulations
  • Work with documentation regarding HazMat and DOT 
  • Train and operate tools and equipment for the trade

Position Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Hazmat work experience 
  • Verbal and written communications through out the company 
  • OSHA 40 Hazwoper (training provided) 
  • Able to work with and around heavy equipment including forklift

Pay Range: $20/hr. - $22/hr.
