Position Responsibilities:
• Navigate construction job site terrain and be familiar with working in the roadway.
• Direct traffic within the construction site when necessary to ensure the safety of the work crew.
• Assist with the loading and delivery of materials.
• Demolition & debris removal; site maintenance/cleaning.
• Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations, as well, as, company
policy and procedures.
• Provide carpentry support by understanding and following directions
• work along other mechanics to position, align and fit together construction components to complete the installation of systems
and work assigned in a timely and quality fashion.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure tools, equipment, and materials are stored properly and securely.
• Use large and small equipment (Skid steers, off-road dumps, water truck for dust control etc.)
• Performing specialized tasks which will require on-site training
• Power washing outbound truck lanes
Qualifications:
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred not required
• Demolition and/or Carpentry experience
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Be able to work overtime if needed
• Strong references that will support your work history
• Reliable transportation
