Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager focusing on Airport Capital Programs to join our team and be part of this rapidly growing industry. This position provides an opportunity to work with our client during this important period in their history, while they actively participate in the inevitable expansion and improvement of airports, both domestically and internationally. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be involved in a wide variety of complex airport projects, while establishing and maintaining client relations and continually being trained to foster your skills in the industry.

Key Responsibilities: to provide support on the following activities:
- Coordinate multiple airport capital projects for consistency and quality of deliverables
- Assist in maintaining relationships with airport operators, tenants, and contractors
- Maintain program progress spreadsheets, calendars, and documents
- Assist in performing inspections of facilities under constructions
- Assist in reviewing construction documents, shop drawings, and submittals
- Assist in performing operational readiness and transition (ORAT) activities
- Assist in analyzing data and preparing presentations to present findings to Senior Leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in aviation, architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering, or other related Degree
- 5 – 15 years of experience in capital project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to perform Office and Adobe Suite skills
- Ability to be at site office 100% of the time. This position does not allow for remote work.
- Construction experience required
- Shop drawings and Submittals review experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work with different departments and stakeholders
- Highly motivated with the desire to learn and lead a group of professionals
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationship with Clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- CADD proficiency required
- Revit proficiency
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience in the aviation industry
- ORAT experience preferred
- Understanding of FAA airport regulations
