Job Description

Primary Job Responsibilities: 
  • Set up new projects; create file tree on network and physical file folders;
  • Transcribe/type correspondence and technical documents;
  • Create team-specific documents for use with project tracking;
  • Maintain job files adhering to company standards;
  • Act as a liaison between clients, agencies, and project managers;
  • Research property information using internet sources and in-house documentation;
  • Research and obtain standards/codes required by client, local and state agencies;
  • Support the Preparation of client proposals;
  • Research and compile reports, plans, and applications for submittal to state and local agencies;
  • Prepare hearing folders and exhibits for use at public hearings;
  • Maintain calendar for designated team;
  • Scheduling meetings, conference calls, and conference rooms; and
  • Provide assistance to other administrative staff as needed.
  • Working with management to support of the monthly billing process.
 
Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred);
  • 0 to 4 years of administrative support or general office experience;
  • Excellent typing ability, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Proficient in Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Writer;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading abilities; and
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
