Now seeking a Structural Engineer to support Structural Engineering projects in New York (bridges and other miscellaneous structural projects.)
The candidate must possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural engineering
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous written communication skills
  • PE License preferred, not required
  • Experience with Risa 3D, StaadPro, Mathcad, MS Office, Autocad, Microstation, AASHTOWare BrR,
    LARSA, Descus
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
  • Performing structural design calculations in accordance with applicable codes and state/client guidelines and standards
  • Design and development of construction documents/plans and specifications including assistance during bidding and construction services.
    Assisting in the development and management of schedules, estimates and budgets.
  • Assisting with other projects/tasks to ensure the success of the project.
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
