ENTRY LEVEL Property Manager- Commercial Real Estate
ROI is currently collaborating with a well-established Commercial Real Estate firm in the Greater Boston area on their search for a Property Manager. This position will require day-to-day management of the portfolio properties and responsibility of financial management, lease administration, and tenant relations. Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations of several portfolio properties including maintenance, repairs, and construction
- Assist in the development of operation budgets, budget implementation, and management including expense control and invoicing
- Oversee and inspect the maintenance of building services and structures (elevators, roofs, floors, walls etc.), and building operating systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Provide strong communication with tenants and vendors
- Establish tenant relations through regular contact and delivery of require services
- Crosstrain with other departments (Asset management, Acquisition, Construction and Due Diligence)
- Direct procurement efforts and contract negotiation related to necessary building repairs, upgrades, and services
- 0-4 years of Commercial or Residential Real Estate experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Construction Management highly desired
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to interact with tenants, vendors, patrons, and municipal offices
- Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi Software experience preferred
