ROI is currently collaborating with a national landscape designer on their search for a Field Operations Manager in the Southborough area. Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise up to 3-5 projects simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively advise, train, and supervise field crew members.
- Will interact with clients, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers.
- Will report directly to the Landscape Development Manager/Owner as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in project management or green industry.
- Possess a valid MA Hydraulics License.
- Possess a valid OSHA 30 Certificate.
- Strong communicator, leads by example, and presents in a professional manner.
