ROI is currently collaborating with a national landscape designer on their search for a Landscape Construction Crew Leader in the Southborough area. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced landscape professionals to gain valuable experience while being offered an exceptional benefits package and competitive compensation.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Has a minimum of 3+ years of experience in landscaping/landscape construction
  • Able to operate company equipment: skid steer, mini-excavator, tracked loader, chop saws, etc.
  • Able to operate a transit, grade sites, and shoot grades
  • Able to read landscape plans and drawings
  • Has the leadership capability and demeanor to effectively manage and direct a crew of two to six people

Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • Possess a valid driver’s license that can be insurable on company’s insurance policy
  • Possess valid MA Hydraulics License, or can ability to obtain one within 30 days
  • Is a MCLP or can obtain one
  • Pre-employment background screening is required
