Job Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and productive relationships with all project contributors and stakeholders
• Cooperate with onsite Property Management, Building engineers, Clients, Designers and Quest’s support team
• Study plans/drawings and complete scope analysis / existing conditions log prior to starting project
• Prepare jobsite and arrange for required General Contractor signage, PPE, osha compliance and safety programs
• Conduct preconstruction meetings with all subs/vendors
• Create, manage, document & push to completion the schedule and punch-list
• Be on-site at all times when work is conducted on the jobsite
• Oversee schedule, coordination and progress of all disciplines/trades on the project.
• Identify gaps in scope with subs and work with the Project Manager to resolve
• Coordinate required inspections with various local jurisdictions
• Complete Daily photo and site activity log, and detailed weekly project status/look ahead reports.
• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
• Work directly with the Project Manager on cost management and cost control including a thorough understanding of estimate and budget
• Directly manage site labor, and Laborer’s time card, container ticket log, tools and job site supplies
• Conduct weekly schedule reviews with subcontractors and project manager
• Review, coordinate and manage submittal logs, RFI’s, Change orders, shop drawings, punch lists and close out package

Qualifications

• 5 years construction / site management experience with references
• Customer service experience
• Working knowledge of MS office, Procore, Osha regs and 1st Aid
• Familiar with both fully engineered and design build construction processes
• Ability to communicate with the Project Team on field issues, provide verifications, and advice for design solutions
• Thorough knowledge of construction best practices, trades, scheduling and problem resolution
