Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Surveying:

    • Conduct on-site surveys to collect data on land topography, boundaries, and construction features.
    • Set up and operate surveying equipment including total stations, GPS, and leveling instruments.
    • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies encountered during fieldwork.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while on-site.
  • Office Drafting:

    • Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed, accurate survey drawings and maps.
    • Process and analyze survey data to generate reports, maps, and plans.
    • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure survey information meets project requirements.
    • Review and revise drafts based on feedback and project needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Land Surveyor with a strong understanding of surveying techniques and instruments.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
