Job Description: 

  • Maintain material inventory of bulk items. Unload and store when delivered. Maintain records as necessary in a timely manner
  • Make needed repairs to building components; make repairs that do not require special licenses, tools, or equipment
  • Evaluate what is needed for repairs and stock with commonly used items
  • Fill cracks, holes, or joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives.
  • Wash and treat surfaces with oil, turpentine, mildew remover, or other preparations, and sand rough spots to ensure that finishes will adhere properly.
  • Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
  • Fill cracks or other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sand patch, using patching plaster, trowel, and sanding tool.
Qualifications: 
  • OSHA10 or ability to obtain 
  • Ability to work full 40 hour work weeks 
  • Own basic tools 
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site
