Position Responsibilities:

• Install baseboards, standard trim, custom trim, and crown molding.

• Work on both structural and interior walls.

• Handle exterior work including siding, soffit, fascia, and trim.

• Install and repair various components of residential structures such as doors, windows, and flooring.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 preferred, but not required

• Previous residential construction experience

• Ability to work 40 hours a week

• Be able to work over time if necessary

• Strong references that will support your work history

• Reliable transportation and tools
