Job Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated Frame to Finish Carpenters to oversee and participate in high-quality commercial and residential construction projects.

You will be required to perform metal stud framing, hanging drywall, installing acoustical ceilings, light taping and spackling.  Finish work will include installing casings, hanging doors, fixtures and basic trim work.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Trim/Finish Carpenters: Install baseboards, standard trim, custom trim, and crown molding.

  • Rough Carpenters: Installing framing, forms, blocking, backing, demolition, decking, doors, windows and siding

  • Framing Carpenters: Installing metal and wood framing and roof truss components, reading and understanding blueprints and schematics, using hand and electric tools to cut fabricate, and install framework components

  • Interior and Exterior Finish

Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10 preferred, but not required

  • Previous residential construction experience

  • Ability to work 40 hours a week

  • Be able to work over time if necessary

  • Strong references that will support your work history

  • Reliable transportation and tool
     

Pay Range: $28/hr. - $35/hr.
