Job Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Project Manager will oversee several construction projects at once
  • The PM will work closely with a range of team members, including Vice Presidents, Project Executives, and possibly direct reports. This role may also involve supervising and mentoring junior team members to ensure alignment and success across all projects
  • Managing project requirements, timelines, budgets, and quality while cultivating strong relationships with clients and design professionals
  • You will be responsible for the overall execution of construction projects, ensuring all requirements are met on time and within budget. Financial management will include preparing and reviewing project budgets, tracking costs, managing change orders, and forecasting job costs
     
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience at a building construction firm;
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management, or equivalent work experience;
  • Proficient understanding of contractual documents, plans, specifications and construction means and methods;
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Procore, MS Outlook, Excel, Word and MS Project;
  • Experience with accounting software, e.g. Sage 300 CRE, is preferred;
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, make informed project decisions;
  • Willingness to participate in training programs to enhance job knowledge and performance;
  • OSHA 10 Certification; OSHA 30 Certification within 6 months of hire.
