Waste Disposal Coordinator:
Customer centered role supporting field operations, sales, compliance reporting, and billing. The Waste Disposal Coordinator will work in both team-setting and independently to ensure customer needs are met while maintaining compliance and safety with the rules and regulations of DOT, RCRA, and each partner disposal facility. Will also work closely with operations to make scheduling as efficient as possible for the company.

Communicate with customers and disposal outlets regarding waste shipments scheduling.

Assist with project bid and proposal generation.

Support project management team with project related waste streams.

Create waste manifests and bills of lading.

Track, monitor and reconcile billing activity.

Work as a business partner with Accounting and Operations to resolve client issues.

Managing reports, filing and correspondence with regulatory agencies such as EPA/ MA DEP.

Maintain a working knowledge of the hazardous waste transporter permits and our environmental compliance requirements.
Qualifications:

Familiar with Microsoft OfficeSuite

Experience with waste characterization and interpretation of analytical data.

Knowledge and understanding of RCRA, DOT, and state regulations surrounding transportation and disposal of waste.

An ability to understand and consider the perspectives of different internal business units to help solve problems. This includes regulatory, operations, safety, and financial perspectives.
Pay Range: $25/hr. - $30/hr.
