Representative positions include carpenters, electricians, laborers, pipefitters, plumbers, OSHA 40 technicians, CDL drivers, lab pack chemists, HEO’s, w/ww operators, analytical chemists, environmental scientists, EH&S professionals, land surveyors, M/E/P, civil, structural and geotechnical engineers, architects and interior designers, project managers, estimators, superintendents, OPM representatives and more.

Responsibilities:
- Support and work directly with Professional Engineer.
- Preparation of concept plans, full site plan package designs, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Preparation of NJDOT Local Aid, Open Space, and CDBG grant applications and programs.
- Review of Site Plan and Subdivision applications.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordination of project tasks with sub-consultants.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineer support staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Site Civil and/or Municipal Engineering
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification
- Software experience must include: Civil 3D, Hydraflow Hydrographs, Hydraflow Storm Sewers, AutoTurn/Vehicle Tracking (Civil 3D), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Site, Grading, Drainage, Utility, Erosion Control, and Lighting Design.
- Experience in the preparation of Construction Details, Technical Specifications, and Technical Design Reports.
- Experience in permitting for the following agencies: NJDEP, NJDOT, Soil Conservation Districts.
- Experience in analyzing local zoning ordinances.
