We are looking for reliable and hardworking Administrative Assistant to join our partner, a consulting firm, based in Burlington, MA. 

BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS:
•    Assist survey department on various tasks as needed, to include: Daily work logs; employee safety certifications; research information on equipment needed, projects, companies etc.; equipment lists: Inventory & Vehicle Maintenance logs; coordinate maintenance of equipment inventory lists for vehicles and office.
•    Assist office manager and bookkeeper with various tasks.
•    Responsible for ordering, tracking, and maintaining supplies.
•    Perform routine clerical functions.
•    Obtaining insurance certificates (COI) for projects, preparing, and sending certified payroll reports.
•    Coordinating and planning office related activities and meetings.
•    Shipping documents.
•    Computer/IT tasks
•    Assist with maintenance of website.
•    Marketing support

Pay Range: $23-$27/hour based on experience
