Experienced Electrician (Field Experience Required)

Important Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with proven field experience. We have multiple openings for apprentices and journeymen who are already seasoned in the commercial sector. Our ideal electrician has a documented track record of reliability, a solid work ethic, and 4+ years of hands-on experience working directly under a licensed contractor.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of electrical field experience is required. * Must have a comprehensive understanding of wiring methods in both commercial and industrial sectors.

  • Proficiency in conduit bending and the installation of all types of conduit, cables, and other wiring systems.

  • Experience with lighting fixtures, power feeds for forklift chargers, receptacles, and similar hardware.

  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively and work without constant supervision.

  • Supervise and train junior electricians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Work effectively within a crew while maintaining personal dedication to punctuality and job completion.

  • Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $25–$32/hr (Based on verifiable field experience)

Qualifications

  • References that support previous work history in the electrical field.

  • Ability to work 40-hour weeks.

  • Ownership of basic hand tools/ power tools.

  • Reliable transportation to the shop or job sites.

  • OSHA 10 or aerial lift certification is a significant plus.
