We are seeking a Laborer to be an integral member of our team. This team member must have a positive mindset and focus on details, objectives, and outcomes. You must be able to navigate the day to day duties down to the smallest of detail in order to ensure job completion. We are relying on you to let us know when we've missed a step. Only those with the knowledge and sharpness to handle the micro will succeed in this role.
Responsibilities

Work as part of a team with the guidance of the field supervisor on environmental remediation and utility projects across the country.

Assist in duties to operate directional drill rig.

Use a walk over locator to assist in guiding the bore path.

Operate other assigned equipment, such as a recycler or mixing system.

Ensure all equipment is in working order by doing routine maintenance or repairs.

Hold yourself and others accountable to the highest safety standards while operating heavy equipment.
- Proactively keep up to date safety qualifications.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Qualifications

0-3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with underground utilities, drilling and/or directional drilling.

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Must have a valid driver license.

Readiness to travel extensively and stay away from home for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background security review.
- Compliance with pre-employment and random drug testing.
- Demonstrated experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines
- OSHA 10-hour
Pay Range
- $18 - $22 / hour
