Key Responsibilities:

  • Remediation/excavation of contaminated sites

  • Excavate trenches for piping systems.

  • Install, align, and secure pipes according to blueprints and specifications.

  • Ensure pipes are level and properly fitted, including joint sealing and testing.

  • Perform routine inspections of pipe installations.

  • Perform hand grading to level and smooth surfaces in preparation for concrete pours or other construction activities.

  • Ensure correct slope and drainage specifications are met.

  • Implement and maintain erosion control measures, including silt fences, sediment basins, and erosion blankets.

  • Monitor construction site to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA 40-hour training requirements.

Qualifications:

  • OSHA 40-Hour training

  • Experience on contaminated environmental sites 

  • Proven experience in concrete pouring, grading, pipe installation, and construction tasks.

  • Basic knowledge of construction drawings and blueprints.

  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery.

  • Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality and safety.

  • Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.


Pay Range: $21/hr. - $25/hr.
