Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
•    Process and treat hazardous & non-hazardous waste waters using various reagents
•    Attach hoses to the tanker trucks
•    Load and unload materials from tanker trucks
•    Conduct Tanker washouts as needed
•    Run the filtration systems – Filter press, drum vacuum press, and various pumps
•    Daily record keeping and maintenance of various record logs and data
•    Track information in the WNS program
•    Perform general housekeeping and clean up duties as needed
•    Manage equipment and conduct minor pump maintenance and repairs as needed
•    Perform related work and additional duties as requested/assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

•    High school diploma or equivalent (GED), but college degree in Chemistry, Environmental or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. 
•    Relevant work experience of 2+ years working with wastewater treatment preferred
•    Knowledge in hazardous waste and wastewater treatment preferred
•    Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
•    Demonstrates the ability to wear PPE properly and sustain a steady work pace over an entire shift.
•    Demonstrates the ability to complete various paperwork requirements properly.
•    Demonstrates the ability to perform functions safely and productively and according to established policies and procedures.  

Pay Range: $20/hr. - $23/hr.
