We are currently interviewing for a Shoring Foreman out of our Merrimack, NH location. If you’re looking for a new long-term opportunity and meet the following criteria we want to speak with you about joining out team.
Requirements: OSHA 10 or higher, DOT health card, ability to drive crew truck (F350), knowledge of shoring installation and removal, ability to utilize oxygen/acetylene torches to cut sheet piles as needed, ability to communicate with management staff on progress and problems daily, ability to lead a minimum of 3 man crews, the ability to read/understand/execute plans provided, work within schedule provided. Must be able to travel all of New England with the occasional need to stay away from home. Potential employee must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test prior to start.
Preferred: Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair small issues with vibratory hammer malfunctions, knowledge in welding mig/tig/stick.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the design shoring plans are being followed
- Contact crew and coordinate start time of jobs.
- Candidate must be able to install and remove shoring systems safely and effectively while staying within schedule and budget.
- Foreman must have open communication with management staff to ensure any problems that arise can be handled as to not prevent schedule delays.

Paid travel up to 2hrs if site travel is 3 hours per day. 3 hours if site travel is 4 hours or more per day.

Per diem of $50/day if staying on the road. Hotel paid by company, each employee gets their own room.
Pay Range: $35/hr. - $40/hr.
