Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled High-End Residential Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering flawless work, and the ability to handle intricate painting projects in high-end homes. This role requires both technical skill and artistry, as well as a professional attitude and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and prime surfaces, including drywall, woodwork, metal, and masonry, for painting by sanding, caulking, and patching imperfections.

  • Apply high-quality paints, stains, and coatings to walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other residential surfaces, ensuring even coverage and a smooth finish.

  • Work with a variety of finishes, including matte, gloss, satin, and custom colors, and apply specialty techniques such as faux finishes, venetian plaster, and decorative effects.

  • Carefully select and use the appropriate tools, materials, and equipment for each project, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship.

  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and interior designers to ensure that painting projects meet aesthetic and design specifications.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow safety protocols to protect clients' property and your own safety.

  • Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Perform touch-ups and final inspections to ensure all areas are completed to the highest standard.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a residential painter, specifically in high-end or luxury homes.

  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.

  • Ability to work with a variety of surface materials and apply finishes in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

  • Experience with specialty coatings, faux painting, and custom techniques is a plus.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, design plans, and project specifications.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

  • Ability to work in a variety of environments and weather conditions.


Pay Range: $25 - $35 per hour
