With offices throughout New England, New York and New Jersey, ROI seeks candidates interested in rewarding opportunities with companies serving the natural and built environments. Representative positions include carpenters, electricians, laborers, pipefitters, plumbers, OSHA 40 technicians, CDL drivers, lab pack chemists, HEO’s, w/ww operators, analytical chemists, environmental scientists, EH&S professionals, land surveyors, M/E/P, civil, structural and geotechnical engineers, architects and interior designers, project managers, estimators, superintendents, OPM representatives and more.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Prepare daily inspection reports
- Perform quantity computations
- Perform material sampling and testing
- Maintain field records
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- High school diploma with considerable knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer or Relevant field preferred
- Relevant field inspection experience in civil, highway, vertical, or relevant engineering and survey fields
- NETTCP HMA/CI/S&A and/or ACI certification, NICET II-IV certification, Professional Engineering License or CCM/CMIT Certification preferred
