A superintendent plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery, installation, operation and removal of dewatering, remediation and water treatment systems. By possessing a combination of technical skills, practical experience, communication and a strong problem-solving ability, the superintendent contributes significantly to the day-to-day and long-term success of any company.
Responsibilities:

Must possess and maintain a current and valid driver’s license.

Must possess good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Ability to comprehend and adhere to company health and safety requirements including respirator fit testing and confined space training.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Work independently and lead teams to support our core business installing, troubleshooting, operating, cleaning and removing temporary dewatering, water treatment and remediation systems.

Active communication with project management and operations team.

Efficient time management to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and wiring.

Skill in using various hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Capable of lifting 50 lbs., working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.

Prior experience working in the construction and/or environmental industry.

Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, nights and on-call hours as required.

Shop work includes but is not limited to cleaning, testing and maintaining shop and equipment, preparation of jobs and operating a forklift.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications:
-
OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and/or OSHA 40.
-
DOT Medical Card.
-
MA Hoisting Licenses (2A/1C).

MA Grade 2 Wastewater License.

Knowledge of industrial controls, generators, transfer switches and transformers.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and/or electric issues effectively.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation, troubleshooting, time management and accessing technical information.
Pay Range: $28/hr. - $35/hr.
