Commercial Plumbers

We are currently seeking experienced Plumbers for commercial projects. Our ideal candidates are reliable, hardworking professionals with a strong work ethic and at least 4+ years of experience working under a licensed contractor.
Projects are located in Parsippany, Summit and Monroe areas 

The Commercial Installation Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring full compliance with building codes and safety standards. This role includes working on piping systems, fixtures, and equipment, as well as troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues. Work may also involve underground drainage and water supply systems, along with coordination across trades.

Responsibilities:

• Install plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures (toilets, sinks, etc.), and appliances (water heaters, dishwashers) 

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance, including drain cleaning, pressure testing, and backflow prevention 

• Diagnose and repair leaks, broken pipes, clogged drains, and faulty fixtures or appliances 

• Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan and execute installations 

• Identify and resolve plumbing issues while ensuring compliance with codes and regulations 

• Work closely with contractors, tradespeople, and clients to complete projects on time and within budget 

• Communicate clearly with clients and provide a high level of service throughout each project 

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, building codes, and industry standards

• Proven problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, crouching, etc.)

• Commitment to excellent customer service

• Relevant experience preferred; training opportunities may be available for select roles

Pay Range: $25.00/hr. – $32.00/hr. (based on experience)
