Job Description

A Project Manager plays a central role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from planning through completion. By blending leadership, technical expertise, budget management, and clear communication, the project manager ensures that teams stay aligned, timelines are met, and quality standards are upheld—all while navigating risks and regulatory requirements to drive long-term project and company success.

Responsibilities may include:

 

  • Project planning & coordination

  • Team leadership

  • Budget & cost management

  • Site management

  • Compliance & regulations

  • Quality control

  • Stakeholder communications

  • Risk management

  • Documentation & reporting


Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (Preferred, not required)

  • Proficient in computer software such as Procore and Microsoft Office

  • Must demonstrate an ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment

  • Understanding of contractual documents, plans, specifications and construction means and methods

  • Possessing OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus


Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000
