Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed 3D plumbing models using Revit and Navisworks
- Coordinate plumbing systems with other trades (HVAC, electrical, structural, etc.)
- Perform clash detection and participate in coordination meetings
- Create shop drawings, sleeve layouts, and spool drawings for prefabrication
- Update models with field redlines and changes from coordination
- Work closely with project management and field teams to ensure accurate installation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in BIM coordination, with a strong focus on plumbing systems
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD MEP
- Experience with plumbing system design, installation practices, and code compliance
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and piping schematics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Pay Range:
$70,000 - $105,000 based on experience
