Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing service requests and resolving issues in a timely manner

Manage building systems, inspections, and routine maintenance with service providers and contractors

Develop, monitor, and manage operating budgets and capital improvement plans

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including life safety and ADA requirements

Maintain property documentation including leases, certificates of insurance, and vendor contracts
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in commercial property management

Strong knowledge of commercial leases, budgeting, and building operations

Experience with Class A or Class B buildings

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay Range:
$110,000 - $135,000 based on experience
