Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing service requests and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Manage building systems, inspections, and routine maintenance with service providers and contractors
- Develop, monitor, and manage operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and capital improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including life safety and ADA requirements
- Maintain property documentation including leases, certificates of insurance, and vendor contracts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases, budgeting, and building operations
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay Range:
75,000 - $125,000 based on experience
