Property Manager

Class B office and mixed use portfolio in downtown Boston, MA with convenient commuting options.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing service requests and resolving issues in a timely manner

• Manage building systems, inspections, and routine maintenance with service providers and contractors

• Develop, monitor, and manage operating budgets and capital improvement plans

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including life safety and ADA requirements

• Maintain property documentation including leases, certificates of insurance, and vendor contracts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management

• Strong knowledge of commercial leases, budgeting, and building operations

• Experience with Class A or Class B buildings

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay Range:
$110,000 - $135,000 based on experience
