We are currently partnering with multiple Commercial General Contractors in Northern Massachusetts, Southern Maine and the New Hampshire Seacoast, looking for Project Superintendents. 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Help oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction sites.
  • Monitor and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and materials.
  • Ensure construction schedules are maintained and updated regularly.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, field reports, and RFIs.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and architects.
  • Coordinate site logistics and manage deliveries to minimize disruption.
  • Work to resolve issues that may arise during construction in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, permits, and safety regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role.
  • Proven track record managing ground-up and interior commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Local knowledge construction regulations and logistics is a plus.

 

Pay Range:
$45-$55 /hr with Overtime opportunities
