Job Description

We are seeking Construction Laborers of all experience levels to help out on various projects throughout the North Shore. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on diverse, high-end projects, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:
We work on a variety of different sites across the commercial and residential sectors. Responsibilities are likely to change based on the type of project we have you working on. Responsibilities include:
  • Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.

  • Load and unload construction materials and tools.

  • Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.

  • Dig trenches, backfill holes, and perform other manual labor tasks.

  • Set up and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures.

  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.


Qualifications:
In order to qualify for a construction laborers position, you must fit the following:

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.

  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

  • Strong work ethic and reliability.

  • Ability to work 40 hours a week

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification also a plus but not required

  • Ability to work 40hrs a week 

  • Strong references that will support your work history


Pay Range: $18/hr. - $22/hr.
