Job Description
Join a leading team as a site civil engineer! A site civil engineer plays a key point in overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring that infrastructure projects are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines. You will be coordinating with contractors, surveyors, and project managers to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth project progress.
Responsibilities:

Support and work directly with Professional Engineer.

Preparation of concept plans, full site plan package designs, specifications, and cost estimates.

Review of Site Plan and Subdivision applications.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.

Coordination of project tasks with sub-consultants.

Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineer support staff.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
-
0-10 years of experience in Site Civil and/or Municipal Engineering
-
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification preferred

Software experience must include: Civil 3D, Hydraflow Hydrographs, Hydraflow Storm Sewers, AutoTurn/Vehicle Tracking (Civil 3D), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in Site, Grading, Drainage, Utility, Erosion Control, and Lighting Design.

Experience in the preparation of Construction Details, Technical Specifications, and Technical Design Reports.

Experience in analyzing local zoning ordinances
Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000
