Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance tasks including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry
- Respond to and resolve tenant service requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- Assist with HVAC filter changes, minor repairs, and system troubleshooting
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Support emergency response efforts and be part of the on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, and comfort working independently
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders or in tight spaces
