Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a broad skill set in general building repairs, preventive maintenance, and tenant service calls. If you are looking to perform routine and emergency maintenance across commercial properties, ensuring systems run efficiently and buildings remain in top condition, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general building maintenance tasks including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry
  • Respond to and resolve tenant service requests and work orders in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Assist with HVAC filter changes, minor repairs, and system troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Support emergency response efforts and be part of the on-call rotation

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, and comfort working independently
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders or in tight spaces

Pay Range: $22/hr. - $24/hr.
