Position Responsibilities:
- Perform site prep and cleanup, including debris removal and surface leveling
- Assist carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades on-site with construction tasks
- Fill cracks, holes, or joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives.
- Dig trenches or backfill excavated areas using shovels or small equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment
- Follow project blueprints or verbal instructions from supervisors and foremen
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum four years of experience
- OSHA 10 or ability to acquire
- Basic Hand Tools / Understanding of how to operate various power tools (Multitool, Drill, Nail gun, Saws)
- Need to be comfortable on either residential or commercial job sites
- Reliable Transportation
- Good communication skills
