As a Project Surveyor you’ll oversee a variety of projects from proposal to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, field crews, and office staff to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise with leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage surveying projects, schedules, and budgets.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. This position will provide opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio.

  • Oversee field crews and ensure quality data collection. 

  • Coordinate CAD and data processing workflows.

  • Perform QA/QC reviews of survey deliverables.

  • Mentor and train team members.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of land surveying experience, including project management and client facing

  • Strong knowledge of surveying practices, field methods, and instruments. 

  • Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Civil 3D, Carlson).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Pay Range: Lucrative compensation and benefits package. $80,000 -$120,000 Salary plus bonus
