Job Description

We are partnering with a leading mechanical contractor in the Boston area, to identify a skilled Project Manager with strong MEP/FP expertise. This individual will oversee projects ranging in scope and complexity, working closely with clients, field teams, and stakeholders. The right candidate is motivated, innovative, and client-focused, with the technical depth and leadership ability to consistently deliver high-quality work. Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in mechanical, plumbing, and/or fire protection construction; 5+ years in a management role.

  • Solid understanding of MEP/FP systems with the ability to support and lead teams throughout the full construction process.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a learning mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management platforms such as Procore or Sage.


Qualifications:

  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects, from planning to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

  • Lead communication and coordination between clients, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Oversee project financials, labor productivity, scheduling, and reporting.

  • Prepare and maintain project look-ahead schedules to ensure milestones are achieved.

  • Conduct regular coordination meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.

  • Mentor and coach team members to support their professional development.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.


Pay Range: Competitive package and benefits. $115,000-$140,000 Salary plus bonus.
