Job Description

One of our clients, a consistently growing, family-run specialty construction firm, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Concrete Superintendent to oversee daily field operations. This role offers excellent earning potential, stability, and the chance to work on a variety of projects across Eastern Massachusetts, Southern Maine and Southern New Hampshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage field operations from project start to completion

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to carpenters and laborers as needed

  • Review project scope and drawings with management to ensure full understanding before each job

  • Coordinate concrete pumping and daily logistics

  • Prepare and submit daily job reports and manpower updates

  • Maintain jobsite safety and enforce site-specific regulations

  • Oversee quality control during all concrete placements

  • Participate in jobsite and foreman meetings as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in concrete construction (forming, rebar, placement, finishing)

  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings

  • Strong knowledge of power tools and concrete systems

  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)

  • OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (Preferred)

  • Hoisting License (Preferred)


Pay Range: $105,000 - $135,000 base salary (commensurate with experience). Additional benefits, travel expenses/company vehicle and bonus compensation may be available.
