Job Description
We’re partnering with a well-established site and construction services contractor that’s looking to add an experienced Fence Foreman / Supervisor to their growing field team. This person will take the lead on day-to-day operations for a wide range of fencing projects across commercial and residential properties — ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. The right candidate brings strong leadership, technical know-how, and hands-on installation experience across multiple fence systems.
Responsibilities:

Lead field crews and manage daily installation activities, maintaining safe, productive, and organized job sites.

Interpret drawings and site plans to accurately measure, layout, and prepare fence lines.

Coordinate materials and logistics, including equipment, deliveries, and scheduling, to meet project deadlines.

Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met through site inspections and compliance with company procedures.

Problem-solve on site, addressing layout, grade, or material challenges as they arise.

Perform hands-on installation tasks, including setting posts, assembling gates, and installing a variety of fence types (wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, etc.).
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in fence installation, construction, or related field supervision.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate small crews.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and using standard construction tools and equipment.

OSHA or equivalent safety training preferred.

Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay Range: $28.00/hr. -$33.00/hr.
