Fencing Supervisor

We’re partnering with a well-established site and construction services contractor that’s looking to add an experienced Fence Foreman / Supervisor to their growing field team. This person will take the lead on day-to-day operations for a wide range of fencing projects across commercial and residential properties — ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. The right candidate brings strong leadership, technical know-how, and hands-on installation experience across multiple fence systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead field crews and manage daily installation activities, maintaining safe, productive, and organized job sites.

• Interpret drawings and site plans to accurately measure, layout, and prepare fence lines.

• Coordinate materials and logistics, including equipment, deliveries, and scheduling, to meet project deadlines.

• Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met through site inspections and compliance with company procedures.

• Problem-solve on site, addressing layout, grade, or material challenges as they arise.

• Perform hands-on installation tasks, including setting posts, assembling gates, and installing a variety of fence types (wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, etc.).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in fence installation, construction, or related field supervision.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate small crews.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using standard construction tools and equipment.

• OSHA or equivalent safety training preferred.

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 

Pay Range: $28.00/hr. -$33.00/hr.
