We’re a growing electrical team tackling a range of commercial and industrial projects, and we’re looking for a reliable Lead Electrician who takes ownership of the job, leads from the front, and takes pride in getting the work done right the first time.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll oversee electrical work on-site from start to finish, including new construction, renovations, and service upgrades. You’ll lead a small crew, ensure work is performed safely and to code, read and execute plans accurately, and keep the job moving on a solid timeline.
Lead Electrician Responsibilities

Oversee and enforce safety practices and electrical code compliance (NEC) on all job sites

Manage and lead a crew of 2–4 electricians, assigning tasks and maintaining productivity

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical prints to plan layouts and installations

Ensure projects stay on a good timeline, identifying and resolving issues before they cause delays

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial electrical systems

Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to maintain smooth workflow

Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical direction to the crew

Train and mentor electricians and apprentices while maintaining a safe, organized job site
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a Lead or Journeyman Electrician in commercial or industrial environments

Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills

Solid understanding of electrical systems, blueprint reading, and the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Ability to manage people, priorities, and schedules effectively

Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork

Pay Rate: $35.00 – $40.00 / hour (Based on experience)
