We aren't looking for a foreman to sit in a trailer and push paper. We’re looking for a Lead Electrician who stays on the tools, can read blueprints, leads from the front, and settles for nothing less than getting the job done correctly.
The Role
You’ll be the go-to expert on-site working alongside your crew to ensure every wire is pulled to code and every deadline is met. You’ll lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of the trade while keeping the project moving forward efficiently.

Lead Electrician Responsibilities:
- Command the Site: Maintain total NEC compliance across all projects.
- Lead by Example: Direct and mentor a team of 2–4 electricians, assigning tasks and maintaining high-quality output while remaining active on the install.
- Master the Plans: Interpret complex blueprints and schematics to plan layouts and execute flawless installations.
- Keep the Pace: Keep the project moving; identify potential technical bottlenecks and solve them before they cause a delay.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the installation and repair of heavy-duty commercial and industrial systems.
- Trade Coordination: Act as the primary technical link between project managers and other trades to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert troubleshooting and "on-the-tools" direction to your team.
What You Need to Win:
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Lead or Senior Journeyman in commercial/industrial settings.
- Leadership Grit: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage people, priorities, and schedules without losing sight of the craft.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of electrical systems, blueprint reading, and the National Electrical Code.
- Safety First: An unwavering commitment to quality workmanship and a safe, organized job site.
