What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll handle everything from new construction, renovations and service upgrade projects. You’ll work alongside a crew that respects the trade, uses the right tools, and backs you up on-site.
Lead Commercial Electrician Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of electricians on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring work meets safety codes and quality standards

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while coordinating with foreman/project managers and other trades

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical layouts efficiently

Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, provide technical guidance to the team, and ensure all work stays on schedule and within scope

Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to promote skill development and maintain a safe, productive job site
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience as a Lead or Journeyman Electrician in commercial or industrial settings

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and team collaboration
Pay Range: $32.00/hr. - $37.00/hr.
