Lead Electrician

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll handle everything from new construction, renovations and service upgrade projects. You’ll work alongside a crew that respects the trade, uses the right tools, and backs you up on-site.

Lead Commercial Electrician Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring work meets safety codes and quality standards

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while coordinating with foreman/project managers and other trades

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical layouts efficiently

• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, provide technical guidance to the team, and ensure all work stays on schedule and within scope

• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to promote skill development and maintain a safe, productive job site

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Lead or Journeyman Electrician in commercial or industrial settings

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and the National Electrical Code (NEC)

• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and team collaboration

Pay Range: $32.00/hr. - $37.00/hr.
