Position: Residential Lead Remodeling Carpenter

Responsibilities:
 

• Lead and execute residential remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and full-home upgrades
• Perform advanced framing and structural modifications with precision and safety 
• Deliver top-tier finish carpentry—doors, trim, crown molding, cabinetry, built-ins, custom millwork
• Read, interpret, and build from blueprints, architectural drawings, and design plans
• Oversee helpers and carpentry teams, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and workflows are met
• Install windows, doors, drywall, flooring, and other interior/exterior components
• Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate, repair, and install framing and finish materials
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members

Qualifications:
 

• 10+ years of residential remodeling experience – lead experience required
• Proven ability to manage jobsite operations and mentor junior carpenters
• Strong background in framing, structural carpentry, and high-end finish work
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility for overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation and full tool set
• Strong, verifiable references reflecting skill, reliability, and professionalism

Pay Range: $33.00/hr. – $36.00/hr.
