Position: Residential Lead Remodeling Carpenter
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute residential remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and full-home upgrades
- Perform advanced framing and structural modifications with precision and safety
- Deliver top-tier finish carpentry—doors, trim, crown molding, cabinetry, built-ins, custom millwork
- Read, interpret, and build from blueprints, architectural drawings, and design plans
- Oversee helpers and carpentry teams, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and workflows are met
- Install windows, doors, drywall, flooring, and other interior/exterior components
- Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate, repair, and install framing and finish materials
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of residential remodeling experience – lead experience required
- Proven ability to manage jobsite operations and mentor junior carpenters
- Strong background in framing, structural carpentry, and high-end finish work
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility for overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation and full tool set
- Strong, verifiable references reflecting skill, reliability, and professionalism
Pay Range: $33.00/hr. – $36.00/hr.
