Sheet Metal Journeyman

Join a Leading Team as a Sheet Metal Mechanic! Are you an experienced and skilled Sheet Metal Journeyman looking to make a significant impact on exciting and high-quality construction projects?

We are seeking Sheet Metal Journeyman to work on a variety of projects in Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sheet metal who is looking to work on some of the leading projects in the area. From commercial to industrial to residential, there is a spot for you.

Position Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and install HVAC duct systems.

• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components using hand and power tools.

• Interpret mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.

• Ensure code compliance with Massachusetts Sheet Metal Code (271 CMR).

• Install and connect ductwork.

• Follow OSHA compliance and guidelines.

• Coordinate tasks with foreman.

• Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 10

• Active MA Sheet Metal License (J-1)

• Proficiency with sheet metal tools, equipment, and fabrication techniques.

• Ability to work up to 40+ hours a week

• Be able to work over time if necessary

• Strong references that will support your work history

• Must have Reliable Transportation

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Pay Range: $30.00/hr.+ / Depending on Experience
