Job Description

Are you a skilled residential remodeling carpenter ready to take the lead on high-impact projects?
We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship and can confidently manage a jobsite from start to finish. If you thrive in residential renovations and want consistent work with a team that truly values quality—this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute a wide range of residential remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home transformations
• Perform complex framing and structural alterations with accuracy, safety, and craftsmanship
• Deliver premium finish carpentry—doors, trim, crown molding, cabinetry, built-ins, and custom millwork
• Read, interpret, and build from blueprints, architectural plans, and detailed design specifications
• Supervise helpers and carpentry crews, ensuring timelines, quality targets, and workflow efficiency are achieved
• Install windows, doors, drywall, flooring, and various interior/exterior building components
• Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate, repair, and install both framing and finish materials
• Maintain clear, professional communication with homeowners, project managers, and team members

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of residential remodeling experience — leadership experience required
• Demonstrated ability to oversee jobsite operations and mentor less-experienced carpenters
• Strong foundation in framing, structural carpentry, and high-end finish work
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility for additional hours when needed
• Reliable transportation and a complete tool set
• Strong, verifiable references showcasing skill, dependability, and professionalism

Pay Range: $33.00/hr. – $36.00/hr.
