Millwork Carpenter – High End Residential Construction

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Lead Carpenter to join a top team in the Rhode Island Area. The ideal candidate has exceptional craftsmanship, strong leadership abilities, and extensive experience working on custom homes and high end remodel projects

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead and perform high-level carpentry tasks, including but not limited to framing, finish carpentry, millwork installation, cabinetry, trim, and custom built-ins.
  • Interpret and execute architectural drawings, blueprints, and detailed shop drawings accurately.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to maintain efficient jobsite.
  • Oversee crew and ensure quality standards are met
  • Enforce safety practices and maintain a clean, organized job site.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of carpentry experience in high-end residential or custom home building/ .
  • Master-level skill in frame to finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, and detailed custom work.
  • Proven experience in leading crews and managing job sites.
  • Strong knowledge of residential building codes, best practices, and construction techniques.
  • Ability to work 40+ hours a week
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong references that will support your work history

Pay Range: $30.00/hr. + DOE
