Responsibilities:
 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and general communication
  • Coordinate and follow up on tenant issues to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Foster positive tenant relationships to support retention and long-term occupancy
  • Track lease expirations, renewals, and critical dates 
  • Assist with lease data analysis and reporting
  • Summarize tenant financials and assist with monitoring rent collections
  • Assist senior management with reporting related to property performance and profitability 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); property management software experience a plus 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 Commensurate with Experience
